FQHCLA's provide comprehensive primary care services including oral health, mental health and substance abuse services to persons in all stages of life!

 

•  FQHCLA's are located in or serve Federally designated Medically Underserved Area or Population

•  FQHCLA's charge for services on a Board approved sliding-fee scale based on patients' family income and size.

•  Medicare deductible is waived if FQHC is providing services.

•  FQHCLA's provide their services to all persons regardless of ability to pay.

•  FQHCLA's qualify to provide 340B Pharmacy programs.
